Venue
Grand Théâtre de Provence
Since 2007, a building entirely dedicated to music has stood at the gates of the historic city of Aix-en-Provence: the Grand Théâtre de Provence.
The statement Grand Théâtre de Provence designed by the architect Vittorio Gregotti is an icon of 21st century architecture. The habitable open-space is inhabited inside and has fuelled Aix-en-Provence’s expansion. The Grand Théâtre de Provence’s season hosts all forms of music, dance and shows for young audiences.

Pavillon Noir
The Pavillon Noir is a venue entirely dedicated to dance in Aix-en-Provence, with four studios and a theater. It has been home to the Ballet Preljocaj since 2006 and offers a year-round program for all audiences.
Designed by architect Rudy Ricciotti, the Pavillon Noir is the first venue built for the activities of a National Choreographic Center equipped with a performance hall, where artists can carry out the entire creative process, from studio work to stage performances.
Conservatoire Darius-Milhaud
The “Darius-Milhaud” Regional Conservatory in Aix-en-Provence is housed in a building spanning 7,000 m². A space for artistic education, this project designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma features a 500-seat auditorium for concerts and performances.
